1. Small character inkjet printer

2. Large character inkjet printer
If it is a 7-point nozzle, there are 7 independent valves to control the fonts printed. It is generally used on outer boxes, outer packaging or large workpieces, such as thick water pipes or asbestos boards, insulation boards and other workpieces. Since the 1970s, when Matthews Swedot developed the world's first large character inkjet printer, its products have always maintained the first position in the global large character inkjet printer market. Worldwide, more than 500,000 large character printer nozzles have been successfully installed and debugged for customers. Its 8000 series products can print up to 5 lines at a time with a single nozzle, and the operating speed is 240 meters/minute.

3. High-resolution inkjet printer
In principle, high-resolution inkjet printers belong to DOD (ink on demand) inkjet printing, generally using nozzles produced by XAAR, and are characterized by high resolution of printed content.
High-resolution inkjet printers are also called high-resolution inkjet printers and high-resolution image inkjet printers. Their nozzles are the same as those used in office printers. They are all DOD-type. There are many small-aperture nozzles densely arranged on the nozzles. This feature determines that this type of machine generally uses oily ink, and oily ink will only dry quickly when it is sprayed on absorbent materials, such as uncoated paper and uncoated wood boards. If it is sprayed on non-absorbent materials such as plastic or metal, the ink will take longer to dry.
High-resolution image inkjet printers have a wider range of character heights 1.2mm--17mm
It can print digital dot matrix fonts (simulated dot matrix), Chinese characters cannot use dot matrix, high-resolution font printing, and even any font on the computer. The printing speed is not affected by the font dot matrix, and the fastest can reach 60m/min.
When the machine is running, ink is sprayed on demand, the ink is not recycled, and the ink concentration is always consistent. No diluent (solvent) needs to be added, and the operating cost is lower than CIJ type.
The ink does not need to be recycled, and the ink supply system is well sealed to avoid ink contamination. The ink is sprayed directly with its own pressure, and no pressure pump or other equipment is required to provide pressure.
The disadvantages of high-resolution inkjet printers are that they cannot be used for concave and convex products. The nozzle is easy to block during use, and the ink needs to be squeezed repeatedly during use, resulting in waste. The ink can never be used up, and the operation is cumbersome. High resolution is disappearing from the market at an accelerated rate. The only advantage of this inkjet printer is that it is cheap, and the only disadvantage is that the failure rate is extremely high. Customers who have used high-resolution inkjet printers will choose small characters when they buy again.
